5. Custom Song Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing a custom order.

Production normally begins after payment has been received and all required information has been supplied.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on workload and project complexity.

6. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically.

No physical products are shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address for digital delivery.

7. Revisions

Custom song purchases include one reasonable round of revisions designed to ensure the finished song accurately reflects the information originally provided.

Requests involving substantial changes to the original concept may require an additional fee.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all music, lyrics, recordings, artwork, graphics, logos, website content, and other creative works remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tilted Rob Music.

Purchasing a custom song grants the customer a personal-use license only.

Customers may not:

• Resell the music

• Redistribute the music

• Claim authorship of the work

• Use the work commercially without written permission

9. Customer Content

By submitting stories, names, photographs, recordings, or other materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to provide those materials.

You retain ownership of your personal information and memories.
