At Tilted Rob Music, we specialize exclusively in digital music products and custom-created songs. Because all of our products are delivered electronically, no physical items are shipped.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All products sold through Tilted Rob Music are delivered digitally via email or another agreed electronic delivery method.

We do not ship physical CDs, USB drives, printed materials, or any other physical merchandise.

2. Shipping Charges

Because all products are delivered electronically:

• No shipping fees apply.

• No handling charges apply.

• The price displayed at checkout is the full purchase price, excluding any applicable taxes.

3. Delivery Time

Custom songs are personally created for each customer.

Typical delivery time is:

• 7–10 business days after:

  • Full payment has been received; and

  • All required project information has been provided.

Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on workload, project complexity, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If a delay is expected, we will keep you informed.

4. Delivery Method

Completed orders are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is accurate.

5. Problems With Delivery

If you do not receive your completed order, or experience any problems accessing your digital files, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will gladly resend your files at no additional cost.
